Health & Wellness Evaluation & Consultation - Free
You will know exactly where you are from a health standpoint as we assess baseline health markers; not to tell you what you already know but to outline solutions and services to benefit from.  We will assess

Cardiovascular Assessment - %50 off $300
A 15 min exercise assessment of your O2 and CO2 levels will:
  1. Measure your bodies utilization of fat
  2. Measure your bodies utilization of carbohydrates
  3. Evaluate strenghts and weaknesses
  4. Develope a customized 12-16 week cardiovascular training plan for fat loss or sports performance
Caloric Intake Assessment - Included With Cardiovascular Assessment
  1. Measure your bodies caloric usage at rest
  2. Determine total caloric usage in a 24hr period
  3. Develop a customezed nutrition plan for fat loss or sports performance
  4. Assess your personal metabolism
Blood Panel - $100-$1200

Explore internal health with a variety of blood pannel assessments for:

Vitality Coaching

Strength Training -

Strength training is overwhelming, intimidating and confusing with all the equipment, modalities, exercises and movements. Based on your strengths and limitations you will participate in individual or group training and conditioning programs.  These programs will incorporate a variety of movements and modalities. You will also be incentivised and motivated to participate in races, competitions and other athletic events.

Cardiovascular Training -

Cardiovascular training is more than just turning on a treadmill and walking, running or ridding a bike.  Using the results of your cardiovascular assessment you will begin your customized and personalized 12-16 week heart rate based aerobic conditioning program turning you into a fat burning machine to improve aerobic capacit.
Manual Therapy -
Over the course of your life your body has been involved in accidents, injuries and altered movement patterns thus creating compensations.  Using your postural analysis, gait evaluation and range-of-motion assessment manual therapies will be prescribed and used in a cohesive manner to improve your movement and overall well-being.
Culinary Instruction -

You know you need to change your diet however you don't have time to cook, don't like to cook, don't know how to cook or you want more than a lettuce salad.  With cooking demonstrations you will gain hands-on-experience in culinary skills that will transcend into new and exciting dietary habits and ways to enjoy food.

Nutrition/Meal Plans - $85

We all watch what we eat, that is, as we watch it go in our mouths!  Most of us know what is good for us and what isn't however we still do what is bad for us.  Your nutrition plan is developed through assessing dietary habits, food allergens and sensitivities, likes and dislikes and metabolism.  Your nutritional plan is not a diet or fad, it will teach you how to eat for the rest of your life!  We will smash cravings, teach you about food, and eat as much as you want!

Recommend Without Reservation

I worked with Keith for a couple of years before my job relocated to another part of town. I found Keith to be an amazing trainer, coach and a wonderful friend. Keith always focused on me during the hour we trained, correcting my form and varying my workouts to suit my ability level. Keith's job didn't just stop with customized workout routines, he emphasized the importance of proper nutrition and need for regular massages in order for me to accomplish my fitness goals. Training always came first, but we had such a good time during that hour that I always felt my days ended up fantastic no matter how stressful my they were. I would highly recommend Keith to everyone without reservations!

Coaching with life-lasting results

Keith is an amazing trainer and an amazing person. What stands out the most is that he truly loves and enjoys what he does. I have been dealing with some chronic overuse injuries since I met him, but wanted to still get a challenging, heart-pumping workout, and Keith not only had solutions, but a new routine and new exercises nearly every session. Furthermore, he is incredible at applying his knowledge on the fly--if something wasn't working because of my limitations, he immediately had an alternative. It was clear at each workout that Keith had put a lot of thought into everything and was often...
... telling me about new research and exercises. Keith was so caring and in tune with everything that was going on from diet to physical state and even to stress. At the same time he was always challenging me to go further and push harder. Keith got me into the best shape I have been in since high school, but this is not the most important aspect I've gained from his workouts. What is most important is that I walked away from every workout with a better understanding of how to keep myself in shape. He taught me correct form and function, helped me make improvements in my diet and designed a plan that I could easily implicate on my own. This is one of the hardest things about working out for me--taking the things I do in a workout with a trainer and doing them on my own, but he makes this easy and un-intimidating.

Thanks Coach!

Like most new moms, I had a hard time adjusting to my new post-baby body. At a size 4, I was not 'fat' by any means but my energy level was rock bottom and I was discouraged with how sluggish I felt. As a business owner and new mom I wasn't sure I'd be able to add more to my hectic schedule so I committed to one summer. Lost 40lbs and went from a size 10 to a size 2!!!

I lost 40 lbs in 3 months! I started my journey 7 months after my pregnancy. I had never had a coach or watched what I ate. Keith designed a 3 day detox and cleanse and followed with a nutrition plan that allowed me to cook differently with food and spices I had never used. Everything tasted differently and I got the awesome experience of getting to know my body. He changed my life for the better. And not only has he had an impact on my life but also on my daughter. I look at food differently and I have never looked or felt so well! I'm still working with Keith and I have gone from a size 10 to a size 2. He is wonderful and passionate and just wants to help and educate people.

highly knowledgable and skilled

Worked all summer with Keith following a patella tendon injury. I was out of shape after 2 months totally down and doing PT at Northwestern. Keith knows his stuff cold. I have had several other trainers, but never achieved these results. You don't have to kill yourself! Consistency, using the right sequence of exercises, a heart moniitor to track calories and heartrate, + diet journal made this a home-run. Highly recommend as he takes the time, has the knowledge and actually really cares!!
