Hi, I’m Stacy Di Gregorio, founder of Lotus Heart. I’m so happy you’re here.
I’m a Chicago transplant who sold her yoga studio and traded in snow for sunshine in Tampa, Florida.
For over 20 years, I’ve been enjoying the benefits of practicing yoga, and I’ve been helping people find their chill since 2010!
Over the past 7 years, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and now teach private yoga and meditation classes for teams, businesses and the completely-regular non-athlete.
In my free time, I love to hang out with my husband and 2 crazy dogs. We’re empty nesters, so spend time with my kids when we get the chance! I love to discover new music, draw, kayak, go to the beach, cook for friends and travel the globe.
