Just what I needed

I had a great session in the Anat Baniel Method with Betty Basarich. My back was all stiff and I was stuck in my body. Betty opened it all up with gentle movements and light touch, a very subtle experience with an enormous effect. I felt so much better afterwards, I will definitely go to her again.
