Addiction - "Massage can be part of a compassionate, stress-relieving practice to aid in addiction recovery, combined with other approaches (therapy, 12-step, etc.)"
Anxiety - "I specialize in massage for emotional relief and can help teach body-centered methods to find calm within to counter anxiety and increase coping skills."
Arthritis, Back Pain - "A wide variety of massage techniques can be very effective in managing, reducing, or eliminating back pain. Check with your doctor first if you've had recent surgery or injury."

Headaches / Migraines - "Depending on the type of headache, massage to trigger points and relieve neck and shoulder tension can bring great relief. I can teach self-massage and help with stretches and posture as well."
Hip Pain / Bursitis - "Deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish, etc. may help relieve surrounding muscles and tissues that compensate for hip pain or bursitis, but does not treat bursitis itself."
Insomnia - "Relaxing massage, including self-massage as part of bedtime routine, may help improve sleep, especially combined with other approaches (diet, behavior, etc.)"
