Tropical Girlfriend Getaway

Come alone or bring your BFF. Connect with like-minded women looking for an active healthy vacation. Even with 2 workouts per day, you’ll have plenty of free time to explore the village or stroll the beach and watch hot pro-surfers tear it up on 2 surf-breaks.

 

What’s included in VillaBikini Bootcamp™?

Your 6-night stay includes:

• Accommodations at a beautiful beachfront villa (stay a 7th night for only $100)
• Airport transfers from/to Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR)
• Intimate setting of 12 women max
• 2 workouts per day (1 strength/stretch + 1 yoga)
• 2 spa treatments
• 4 hours of board rental (surf board or stand-up paddle board)
• All breakfasts and dinners
• Midday Superfood + Protein Smoothie (no formal lunch)
• Please note airfare is not included

What's your day like?

Each morning expect:

• Fresh Fruit and Raw Coconut Water
• On-site workout #1 by the world-class trainers of Mexifit.com (Yogalates, Power Ropes, Soft Stretch Yoga)
• Healthful breakfast of unprocessed local foods (eggs, veggies, fruit, yogurt and granola)

During the day expect:

• 2 holistic spa treatments during your stay (choose from: massage, organic facial, acupuncture, full-body clay treatment by a local healer)
• Organic Superfood + Protein Smoothie for an extra midday boost (my personal recipe)
• Stroll the beach or explore the village with a personalized guide map to the best healthy lunch eats, boutiques, extra foamy lattes and Wi-Fi passwords.

Each evening expect:

• On-site workout #2
• Delicious dinner at one of my personal favorite restaurants (think fresh catch of the day, veggies, hibiscus iced tea + agave nectar)
• Relax back at your beautiful villa and get ready for another day in paradise
• Or… join me for live music at a local hotspot

Why did I create VillaBikini Bootcamp™?

Burnt out by the daily corporate grind, I decided to focus on what really matters to me… helping women feel great about their bodies through a balance of fitness, nutrition and fun.

I’m a certified personal trainer, Ironman finisher, green smoothie connoisseur and a super-fan of Sayulita, Mexico after discovering it in 2003.

This year I finally took the plunge… I moved to Sayulita. While having the best time of my life, I learned how to stay fit while having a blast south of the border.

I’ve packaged it all up as VillaBikini Bootcamp™. Like an art gallery ‘curator’ that chooses the best pieces of art, I’ve handpicked the very best of Sayulita just for you.
