One stop shop for Holistic Wellness
As an avid lakefront runner in Chicago, I continuously battle IT Band Tendonitis and Piriformis Syndrome. Because it is difficult to avoid running on cement and asphalt, I needed to find a practioner that could keep me running. Chiropractic Doctor Amelia Case has treated me for the past 2 years. In a thorough 60 minute consultation, Dr. Case reviewed my full body x-rays and immediately understood the source of my issues. Because of an unfavorable rotation in my hips, Dr. Case started me on a 'blocking' regime where I lay on padded wedges to help move my hips back into optimal alignment. Within...
