Lisa Sbragia, LMT is the Program Coordinator and a Massage Therapy Instructor at Evolve Institute of Massage & Bodywork in Wheeling, IL. She practices at the professional clinic at Evolve. She specializes in deep tissue work using a combination of Ashiatsu and Thai Massage. She holds on to overhead bars to support her balance while see uses her feet and body weight to apply deep pressure. She also practices Bamboossage, which is a form of deep tissue massage using heated bamboo rattans of different shapes and sizes to engage the tissue.

Lisa Sbragia was certified in massage therapy in 1999 from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. She has passed the National Certification Board exam for Massage and Bodywork and currently holds an Illinois Massage Therapy license. She has worked both independently and in a chiropractic setting. Lisa is also certified in Reiki I and II, Hypnotherapy, and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®. Along the way, she has also been awarded a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Education.
