Background

Since Manuel "Manny" Cruz graduated from the New School of Massage in 2006, he has been a student of Chinese philosophy, culture and Massage Therapy. He is an active member with the Asian Bodywork Club and is also a student of the Shu Family School of Tai Chi Ch'uan. He has a great variety of experience in Clinical, Spa and Private Practices. Manny also has over 400 hours of training with:

  • Thai Massage on the table/floor
  • Tui Na
  • Trigger Point therapy
  • Pregnancy Massage Pre/Post
  • Swedish/Deep Tissue

Manny's work is great for those in chronic pain, he treats the whole problem not just the area of hurt so that the therapy lasts long after the treatment.

Amazing Masages from Manny!

I've seen Manny almost weekly for the past 6 months @ my chiropractor & truly appreciate his wonderful massage skills. I have had issues with my neck & jaw for years (bad tmj etc) & was also in a bicycle accident this fall but Manny's bodywork helped ease both immensely. I could not recommend him enough, he always makes me feel comfortable & at ease & cures the pain.

Expert, Good Value, High Integrity

Manuel is an expert at Thai bodywork and deep tissue massage therapy. He can do very strong therapy, or you could say potent or effective. He has worked for me at Chicago Touch since 2007 and has always been on time and reliable. I personally utilize his talent on a regular basis.

Terrific Massage Therapist

My First Time

I've never been to a massage therapist before, so I was a bit hesitant, Manuel did a great job of job of explaining the different methods and was very patient. I am now a believer and will work out a schedule for future therapy. I haven't felt this good in a long time. Thanks, Manuel.

best massage therapist, ever

Manuel is by far the most talented massage therapist I've ever been to. Over the 10+ years I've been having massages, I've been to over approx. 40 therapists, including at the most expensive spas, etc. and no one compares to Manny. He knew exactly what spots hold tension and where my 'problem areas' are after just the first session. He's on my 'must have' list, Manny's services are not optional for me- they are a must!! He will change your life and get rid of your stress, for good...
