I've had a stressful year, and despite being skeptical about energy healing and holistic care, I gave this a go. In addition to the physical relief I felt, I had an emotionally and mentally gratifying experience as well. My session gifted me with a sense of peace and clarity that lasted long after my session, and positively influenced my work and personal life.

A great experience

I am not someone who generally goes in for energy work, but I had am amazing experience receiving reiki from Karisa. I was stressed and overwhelmed before my session and felt much more calm and at peace afterwards. Karisa took the time to check in with me before and after the session and answered all of my questions (I had a lot). She also brings her own table and bedding and makes the whole experience a complete pleasure. I highly, highly recommend this to anyone who needs a little help calming down and relieving stress.
