Mia Castillon is a professional coach, wellness consultant, organization and declutter consultant as well as a teen coach and mentor. She has a strong passion for helping empower others to improve lifestyle behaviors, overcome challenges and achieve personal as well as professional fulfillment. She is dedicated to providing services to help you learn and understand how to balance and care for your mind-body-spirit as a whole. She facilitates classes and workshops within the Chicagoland area.

Mia is a Certified Professional Coach and creator of Whole Wellness Care. She graduated from the International Coach Academy accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and upholds the ICF Code of Ethics in all situations. She conducts herself with honesty, sincerity and competency. Her special areas of coaching include but are not limited to: Health & Wellness, Career Transitioning, Spiritual and Motivational.

Mia is also a Certified Masters Level Acupuncture Therapist and graduated from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine where her education and training was focused on the various modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She strongly believes that applying all her skill sets allow her to successfully integrate a complete holistic approach that enables her clientele to reach their ultimate life and wellness goals.
