Craniosacral Therapy - $60/60 minutes

Gentle touch, fully clothed treatment approach developed by Dr. John Upledger, that releases tensions DEEP in the body to relieve pain, dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Great for issues such as chronic pain, ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, TMJD, Headaches/Migraines......

Swedish/Relaxation - $60/60 minutes

Helps relieve stress and promote relaxation and mobility.

Reflexology - $60/60 minutes

The direct stimulation of nerve pathways through the feet and hands cause many therapeutic responses that help with symptoms of a multitude of disorders such as asthma, arthritis, endocrine issues and autoimmune diseases.

Intuitive Massage - $70/60 minutes

Similar to a Swedish relaxation massage, but goes DEEPER into tissues! Specially crafted with your health in mind!

Deep Tissue - $70/60 minutes

This higher intensity massage involves deep pressure massage & range of motion of the body in order to to break up scar tissue, improve mobility and decrease long-term pain symptoms.

This is a great therapy for people with an active lifestyle or for those with very physical jobs.

Hot or Cool Stone Therapy - $90/90 minutes

Therapeutic treatment using hot, cold or both hot and cold stones to stimulate the immune system, help detoxify the body and promote deep relaxation!

Sports Massage - $70/60 minutes

Helps break up scar tissue from old injuries and revitalize muscles to improve performance. Available for pre-event, post event and during sports event training.

Neuromuscular (Trigger Point) Therapy - $70/60 minutes

Helps indicate trigger points in the body to help relieve pain and discomfort.

Myofascial Release Therapy - $70/60 minutes

Provides sustained pressure to SLOWLY release the "caught" connective tissue surrounding the muscles of the body (AKA fascia). This helps restore range of motion and eliminate pain.

Structural Integration - $60/session

Using, slow and deliberate specialized movements over specific muscle groups, based on the teachings of Dr. Ida Rolf, releases tension in muscles to help integrate a more healthy structure and balance to the body. Ideal therapy for plantar fasciitis, TMJ Disorder, chronic low back, knee, neck and shoulder pain.

Lymphatic Drainage - $70/60 minutes

This form of therapy helps move excess fluid through the correct channels of the body to improve circulation, detoxify the body, stimulate the immune system and promote kidney and liver health.

Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage - $60/60 minutes

This is an ideal therapy for expecting mothers! This massage therapy is designed specifically for the mother to-be, targeting specific areas that cause discomfort and pain during pregnancy.

Touch For Health/Kinesiology - $30session

Fully-clothed, non-invasive movement of muscles & muscle groups.

Helps balance the meridians and relieve issues from different acupressure points and muscle groups in the body.

Touch for Health is a system of balancing posture, attitude and life energy to relieve stress, aches and pains, feel and function better, be more effective, clarify and achieve your goals and enjoy your life!

Couples Therapeutic Massag - $100

Two trained therapists will administer a wonderfully relaxing massage to you and your loved one. Perfect for anniversaries and special occasions!

Pet (Best Friend) Massage - $20/15 minutes

Soft and gentle massage for your beloved dog or cat. Please observe local leash laws when bringing in your pet for therapeutic massage.

Ionizing Detox Foot Bath - $20/session

Ion Detoxification is a process wherein a person immerses their feet in a Ion Detox foot bath of warm water.

An ion generator in the water produces millions of positive and negative ions. These ions flow through the body and then are supposed to attach themselves to oppositely charged toxins and draw them out of the body through the soles of the feet.

Sessions last around 30 minutes.

Body Polishing - $40/session

Salt scrubs are an amazing way to wash away the stress of life!
