I specialize in stress reduction, muscle rehabilitation and medical massage.   I find that an integrated approach, implementing various techniques as necessary, works well to soothe and repair soft tissue pain and dysfunction, increasing pain-free mobility.   

Stress on our bodies causes knotted, dehydrated and oxygen starved muscles that need to be released. Using trigger point therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology and deep tissue techniques, I assist your body in finding its natural state of release and balance.

I also accept no-fault insurance for patients who have been involved in an automobile accident.
