Retired Physical Education Teacher and Coach with 30 years experience in Teaching. I taught a Lifetime Fitness Class at the High School level and also Taught Health and Wellness course at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. Received the OHPHERD Middle and Secondary Physical Education Teacher of the Year Award in 1999. Also 2001 Lakota Hall of Fame Member

In 1995 I was an Ambassador to China with the Dwight D. Eisenhower program 'People to People' where I became influenced motivated to enter into the field of healing. I was intrigued by the power of natural healing while in China and began to pursue my skills as a 'healer' entering a Reflexology School. Realizing that I wanted to be able to work on all parts of the body.... I was introduced to BOWEN THERAPY.

I have completed 4 levels of BOWEN THERAPY at National Bowen Therapy in Barberton, Ohio. I am also involved in advancing the techniques of Bowen Therapy with research done at National Bowen Therapy. I also Instruct Classes at National Bowen Therapy and promote Bowen at the many Health Fairs that I am invited to. I find BOWEN the KEY to my Success as a Healer.

I received my Reiki Master/Teacher Level in 2008. This modality enhances my work as a Bowen Therapist and Reflexologist. I have a wonderful teacher whose background is from India. She has help me to improve my own health which allows me to pass my experiences on to those I touch each day.
