Background

Susan is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and is certified in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, RoHun (chakra cleansing), and Aromatherapy. She is the head of the Supervision group for Chicago area Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy practitioners. Susan works from the heart to help you to clear deep, difficult or stuck issues. Her training and practice includes resolving shock (when your body is reacting to stress or trauma by feeling cold, empty or numb, or conversely hot, jittery, or anxious) and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She is experienced at working with subtle energy practices such as past life therapy, rebirthing, soul retrievals and energy releasement.

Using a rich resource of aromatherapy, bodywork, breathwork, energy release, and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, you have the opportunity to experience a gentle yet effective release or unwinding of symptoms.

Your session is individually designed for what you need in the moment. In your session, you will have plenty of time to relax and breathe deeply, safely explore your symptoms, actively discharge them from your body, mind and spirit, and joyfully reclaim your personal power.

Your session is completed by creating, internalizing and rehearsing your own healthy new thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. Many people report that they feel 'lighter and more whole' after their session.
