Float into Wellness

Background

My Bodywork training began in Europe while I was living in Greece -- a lovely couple years I was blessed to have experienced. When the time came to return to the states I continued with my bodywork training in Northern California, not far from the SF Bay Area where I've lived most of my life.

Over many years I have become increasingly more aware of how the depths we can go with mind-body-spirit in our lives. For me, in 1994, yoga practice began that journey of exploration into body consciousness. Today it's evolved into energy healing, touch, creative expression, movement, and the bodywork done on land and in the water.
