Background

Rosy Simas is a choreographer, bodywork therapist and movement trainer. She has completed 1,300 hours of Global Somatics (Somatic Movement Education/Therapy) and Body-Mind Centering? study with Suzanne River and is a certified practitioner of Global Somatics. She is a longtime student of Barbara Mahler and a part of the Mahler teacher training program. Rosy has completed over 600 hours of shiatsu and massage training at Centerpoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School. Rosy's education includes in depth study of Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology as well as coursework in medical pathology and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Rosy is an insured and certified bodywork therapist through the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).
