The deep wisdom and transformational healing of Ayurveda is my foundation. I have developed expertise from ongoing studies in Nepal, India and America with Masters of this tradition.
I specialize in Abhyanga, Ayurvedic massage, which I also teach and have authored a DVD of my technique guidelines. I am well versed in the art of pulse diagnosis to determine conditions and fine-tune health care needs. I enjoy advising, educating and offering cleansing and restorative treatments to clients and students at Loving Care Ayurveda Healing Center in Mount Shasta, Northern California, and beyond.
Consultation and therapies address constitution and potential imbalances of individuals.
