Brooke is an expert in creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation, and she has the skills to help restore healing balance and natural relaxation to your body. She is trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue & Lymph Drainage Massage, as well as the use of Hot Riverstones, which incorporates heat into your massage, bringing quick increases in blood circulation which is excellent for tired, stiff muscles. She also utilizes aromatherapy when appropriate. Brooke is  trained in the art of Reflexology, which is an alternative medicine method involving pressure and massage of the feet and/or hands with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health.
